Recently I watched a film which is delivering some information which may stun most viewers, challenging many common beliefs around health, in particular Louis Pasteur's 'germ theory'.
The film features prominent doctors including Dr Andrew Kaufman, Dr Sam Bailey, Dr Thomas Cowan and virologist Stefan Lanka.
In the first section of the film, their one main message is this:
Viruses have never been proven to exist.
Really? Can this be true?
In the film they explain how germ theory evolved, how viruses have never been isolated in laboratories, and then ask the question, if a virus hasn't been shown to exist, can it cause disease?
Apparently, many 'viruses' including C-19, HIV, Aids, Ebola, Measles... have never been isolated and proven to exist. Did you know this? I didn't!
They describe research where healthy people were exposed to people sick with a 'virus', and no matter how hard they tried (breathing on them, spitting on them...),...
If I were to ask you 'what is wealth?', what would be your answer?
The reality is, we all have our own definition of wealth, which will largely be the result of our cultural conditioning and personal life experiences, and in this short musing I'd like to share my take on this topic.
Over the past couple of months I've been watching quite a few 'crytpo' videos in an effort to up-educate myself on this subject matter. It's not something I'm particularly interested in, but I feel it's important to learn so I can make informed choices.
One of the things I notice, is that despite the many opportunities this new type of 'banking' can offer, especially to many underprivileged people, there is one common perspective / goal for many people in the crypto space: to make a profit.
You may or may not know...
"It's in our iron grip to control nature, that she rejects us completely".
In this interview (the snippet video above is from the full episode 4 of the documentary series) this doctor explains how our immune system is part of the wider eco-system of the world... of nature.
If we want to stay healthy, we have to take into account that we are not separate from our environment or nature.
Even though this information has been known for 30 years, it has not been revealed to most people. We have been kept in the dark, because it's not 'economical' (for a certain group of people) to have a 'health system' - instead we have been maintaining and perpetuating a 'dis-ease' system.
In order to understand human health, we must understand the much bigger picture of how life works: we must understand our place in nature, because we are PART of nature, not separate from it.
I highly recommend you watch this series, which is running live - free of charge - for...
Do you know how many slaves have helped produce the products you use or consume? Are you up to speed with your 'modern slavery footprint'?
Most of us are familiar with the terms 'carbon footprint', 'sustainability', 'climate change'.
But are you up to speed with your 'modern slavery footprint'?
The purpose of the webinar was to bring more AWARENESS to the scale and consequences of modern slavery, with reference in particular to how the health and nutritional products we purchase track back to any slavery involved in their production.
Do you know how many slaves have helped produce the products you use or consume?
Modern slavery is a very real thing which many of us, particularly in the western world, are fairly oblivious to. We may have heard of child labour and human...
As the saying goes, the only constant is change.
Right now we are experiencing enormous change in the world.
And no-where in the world is this change bigger than in healthcare.
Actually, this change has been going on for decades behind the scenes, but not everyone has been aware of it.
However, with more and more restrictions coming into healthcare, including patients even being refused access to dentists and doctors in some countries*, now more than ever it is essential we learn how to take care of our own health and wellbeing.
The good news, we have a lot more power to take control of our health than we have been taught.
I've been fortunate to learn this due to my own journey to find answers to chronic illness which doctors said they couldn't help me with.
This led me to search out alternative therapies and solutions, finally leading me to solutions.
Lifestyle Medicine is one of those solutions, and is a big part of my clinical practice with clients.
If you watched the...

Brand-new findings will be revealed.
The implications of his research radically changed our understanding of life, showing that genes and DNA do not control our biology; that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.

There are no coincidences, right?
