Stop fighting yourself and start working with your biology

Morphological structure and body shape
Genetic and hormonal dominance
Disease predispositions

Organ size, function, and development
Relevant genetic clusters and molecular pathways
These groupings allow us to see meaningful patterns - whilst still respecting individuality.
The way people are understand in Precision Healthcare is addressed in layers, with each layer drilling down deeper into a person's unique differences.
The old (and still currently prevailing) paradigm of healthcare is everyone is treated the same (= 'generic healthcare').
In Precision Healthcare, the layered approach allows one to understand oneself progressively deeper, step by step:
Step / Layer 1: You discover which of the 6 unique HealthTypes™ you are through the Precision Healthcare Shae™ Assessment
Step / Layer 2: Your HealthType™ is further refined by its position on the HealthType™ circle
Step / Layer 3: You discover which unique HealthCode™ you are expressing
This journey of discovery of your HealthType™ and HealthCode™ is simultaneously easy and complex.
It's simple because all the work has been done for you: in under 30 minutes, by taking a few anthropomentrical body measurements and answering a short health questionnaire, you discover which of the 6 HealthTypes™ you are. Then all you have to do is start following the tailor-made guidance and advice for your HealthType™, which is all inside the Shae™ Precision Healthcare app.
It's complex due to the incredible in-depth technology which has been developed and built for over 25 years. The wealth of information plugged into this system is quite simply mind-boggling, the culmination of millions of hours of research taken from hundreds of thousands of humans. But just like when you use a website, you don't have to worry about what is going in the 'back-end' - you just take advantage of the 'front end' - the user interface - which is the Precision Healthcare Shae™ app.

Most likely you do not need to concern yourself with too much of this information until you are already familiar with and working with the protocols. And often it's useful to have a Precision Healthcare coach to explain these deeper nuances. Your number on the circle influences how your HealthType™ is expressed.
If your number falls near the boundary between two HealthTypes™, you may express traits from two different HealthTypes™.
Each number represents a cluster of tendencies rather than a rigid rule.

A HealthCode™ drills down even deeper than your HealthType™. It is your unique biological fingerprint.
It's 100% individual to you - derived from your DNA, organ function, hormone levels, and how your mind communicates with your body. And it can be measured.
Your HealthCode connects to your genes, influences how your organs work, determines your hormone profile, and shapes your emotional landscape. It's the biological source code that runs you.
Because there are 7.5 billion people on the planet, many of us share similar HealthCodes™. Those clusters—the patterns that repeat across people—are what we call the six HealthTypes™: Activator, Connector, Guardian, Diplomat, Sensor, and Crusader. You fall into one of those regions on a 360-degree circle based on your physiology.
Your HealthCode™ goes deeper than just your HealthType™.
It has three layers:

When you take your assessment you get your HealthType™ result, and this gives you access to your HealthCode™ - translated into practical guidance.

When assessing a person’s HealthCode™, biology is only part of the picture.
Other influences include:
Education and knowledge
Life experiences and challenges
Parenting and mentoring
Cultural and societal norms
Early-life experiences (ages 0–7), including trauma or belief formation
For example:
A Crusader raised in Australia may express very differently from a Crusader raised in Samoa
Early subconscious experiences may either align with—or conflict with—biological tendencies
Every individual is the sum of their biology and their life experiences.
The goal of understanding HealthTypes™ is not to label or limit people—but to:
Allow individuals to be who they are
Understand where experience and biology may be misaligned
Support gradual realignment with biological needs
When individuals are supported to live in alignment with their biology, long-term health, resilience, and wellbeing improve
If this all sounds a bit overwhelming, don't worry. One only has to start simple, and move to the next step when ready.
Even just making the simplest of adjustments can make dramatic differences to health and wellbeing.
For example, just exercising or eating at a different time of the day (Shae™ will tell you exactly what time is best for you) can bring huge results.
