Root Cause Analysis - Bronze Package
The most affordable way to complete a full root cause analysis. Includes our time together for the root cause analysis, as well as pre and post session email liaison and health questionnaire assessment. (Total practitioner time 2-3 hours).
Root cause analysis bronze package summary:
- Before the consultation you will have time to complete several comprehensive health questionnaires which will take me approximately 30 minutes to assess before we meet.
- The root cause analysis consultation we do together is 90 minutes.
- After the root cause analysis consultation you will receive access to a post-session health portal with additional important videos and information which supplement the live consultation. There is approximately 7 hours worth of video content in the portal (value $197).
- Additional bonus e-health programs included (see registration page for details) (value $70+)

This option includes everything in the bronze root cause analysis package, and also includes a written report, as well as a 30 minute follow-up session to discuss the report and next steps. Total practitioner time for this option approx 4 hours.
Root cause analysis silver package summary:
- Before the consultation you will have time to complete several comprehensive health questionnaires which will take me approximately 30 minutes to assess before we meet.
- The root cause analysis consultation we do together is 90 minutes.
- After the root cause analysis consultation you will receive access to a post-session health portal with additional important videos and information which supplement the live consultation. There is approximately 7 hours worth of video content in the portal (value $197).

- Within a week of the root cause analysis you will receive a comprehensive follow-up report, with a detailed summary of our findings from the root cause analysis. This post-session report will either be a video report or written report depending on which is most suitable for your particular situation, which will be determined by Kim.
- Within 2 weeks of the root cause analysis we will have a follow-up session (30 minutes) to go over any questions you may have from the report, and discuss next steps.
