Part 4 - Mental Health
In this video you can self-assess your current state of mental wellbeing by plotting yourself on the mental wellbeing scale. In order to make progress, we first need to know where we are - then we can plan our journey back to optimal health. (7 mins)

In this video we look at 11 practical strategies for improving and managing mental health and emotional wellbeing - the route to managing internal disturbances and suffering. You only need to start with one to make a positive difference! (35 mins).
Part 6 - Polarization
In this video we look at the topic of 'polarization', one of the fundamental patterns of consciousness which humans get stuck in and is playing out BIG time in the world today. It's useful to understand where this pattern comes from given the current world climate. (8 mins).

Part 8 - Even Bigger Picture

6 Core Emotions (23 mins)
Why is it so important to be able to manager our negative feelings? Because unless we know how to stay peaceful, calm and relaxed 'no matter what', we will be controlled by emotions such as fear, sadness and anger, which will keep us mentally paralysed and prevent us from creating our best life.
