About the 5 day challenge
As I am in the process of learning this technology, I am offering 10 people the opportunity to come on a 5 day exploration to discover their unique Healthtype™.
The Shae 5 Day Health Challenge is an immersive precision health experience led by Dr Cam McDonald, CEO of PHA, who has been developing and using this tech for over 25 years! When I say he's an expert, I really mean it!
Through a series of 6 live webinars (with on-demand replays) you'll learn about Precision Healthcare, and how to use the Shae Intelligence App to help live your healthiest, happiest life.

5 Day Challenge Schedule
Before the challenge begins, you will be set up with your own Precsions Health profile, including completing your HealthType Assessment, and join a group induction webinar. In this session, you will be introduced to Precision Health, guided to set meaningful goals, and be walked through what to expect across the 5 days.
Over the weekend before the 5 days, you will have time to familiarize yourself with some of the information in the Shae app and prepare for the week ahead. You will be provided guidance through the app around precision nutrition, exercise, sleep, rhythms, behavioural tendencies and how your body responds to the environment.
On Day 1, you will be guided through the app, shown how to set goals, and helped to feel confident using the technology.
On Day 2, we will explore stress, including how it can look different for different people, and how you can use the app to support stress management.
On Day 3, we will look at circadian rhythms, social connection, relationships, and how these areas influence your health. You will also learn how the app can help you better understand your own patterns.
On Day 4, you will receive an on demand session about how engaging in your own health can have a positive impact on the people around you.
On Day 5, we will focus on how to maintain and sustain the behaviours you have started working on after the challenge finishes.
The goal is not to do everything at once. The purpose is to understand yourself better, choose one meaningful area to focus on, and begin taking supported steps toward better health.
The intention of it all is to get your familiar with some really powerful insights around your body and mind. It's a really great starting point for really engaging longer term as well.

Why does knowing my HealthType™ matter?
Understanding and knowing which of the 6 HealthTypes™ you are is the key to understanding why...
- We all come in different shapes and sizes (tall, short, stocky, portly, slim) and shouldn't compare ourselves with others, or try to make ourselves into a shape or size weren't born to be! (I think I've spent my whole life doing that - wanting to be that slim person when the reality is my bodytype is not naturally built to be like that, grhhh - but now I can at least understand, and have more acceptance for how it is...)
- We respond differently to certain foods - instead we need to find out the foods WE need to eat to suit our metabolism (not everyone will respond to keto, carbs or protein in the same way)
- We each need different exercise - some people need and enjoy fast intense training, like a HIIT class or marathon, whilst others need steady training like weight-lifting or walking
- We each have our own daily rhythmn which suits our nature - some people are earlybirds and suit exercising better in the morning, whilst others are nightowls and need to exercise in the afternoon (no wonder I've never understand how people get to the gym at 6am - I won't beat myself up anymore)
- We each have different work needs - the type of job which will suit one HealthType™ will not necessarily suit another - being forced to do a job which doesn't suit your personality or natural skills will only cause frustration and stress
- We each suit a different location and climate - some thrive in the heat or humidity, whilst others need cool and dry
- We all have different social needs - some enjoy and need lots of company, whilst some need more personal time and space
